Job Description The Role Reporting into the Technology reporting Lead, this role is responsible for developing, producing and delivering regular and one-off management information to provide insights and aid decision-making across the key Technology forums.
The Analyst – Technology Reporting will work across a broad range of collaborators to deliver the consolidated operational, project and strategic reporting across Technology to meet SEEK's growth ambitions.
Additionally, the role will support the establishment of the new Technology Business Excellence function through providing clarity and tracking of proposed initiatives where required.
Key Responsibilities Supports reporting and analytics needs of specific management or governance processes or operational area across Technology.Investigates the need for reporting and analytics where there is some complexity and ambiguity.Support establishment of Business Excellence reporting capability, providing visibility and insight into all the initiatives and their business impacts.Condenses and encapsulates data characteristics, making it easier to surface opportunities, identify risks, analyse trends, and drive effective decision-makingPresents findings and data insights in creative ways to facilitate the understanding of data across a variety of technical and non-technical audiencesFinds opportunities to digitise and streamline operational data handling and optimise business intelligence capabilities. Qualifications Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience Ability to handle large amounts of information and ambiguity.Experience with reporting/analysis in the Technology space.Guide proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Shown ability to establish metrics, reporting and appropriate forums/working groups to operationalise the reporting function.Demonstrable experience collaborating closely with domain authorities, understanding of reporting processes, developing operational reports and reconciliation reports to enable business reporting self-serviceHigh degree of integrity in all areas (communication, approach, style).Highly developed diplomacy, influencing, negotiation and conflict leadership skills.Efficiently work under stress and with short timelines/contending demands.Ability to work efficiently across multiple geographies/cultures.Ability to partner at all levels of the organisation internally and externally.Other Qualifications, Skills and Experience Highly analytical; puzzle-solving - Detail orientated with a shown focus on quality.Creative and resourceful.Positive 'can-do' demeanour and willing to go extra miles to address a problem.Shown continuous innovation and growth in teams and constantly looking for "better" ways.Extensive hands-on experience with reporting tools, such as Power BI, python and Tableau, to automate reporting and transition away from manual processes. Additional Information The Team This role, whilst based in Technology, will be required to partner multi-functionally to engage with wider Seek teams.
Whilst the role will have no direct reports, it will be required to build positive relationships with team members across Technology and other parts of the business, to deliver informative reporting outcomes.
