Job Description
Collaborate with Headquarters: Work closely with TECO headquarters to ensure alignment with operational plans and strategic goals.
Oversee Financial and Operational Functions: Manage and supervise all financial, accounting, human resources, general administration, legal affairs, contracts, auditing, and operational functions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Standardize Back-Office Operations: Standardize and streamline back-office operations across related entities in Malaysia to ensure consistency with the group's policies and procedures.
Business Travel: Undertake business travel as necessary to support operational requirements and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree above in finance or accounting-related fields.
Language Skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English is required.
Experience: Over 10 years of experience as a leader of financial and operational functions.
Industry Experience: Experience in the electromechanical engineering or construction engineering industry, especially in the EPC company, is a plus.
Local Knowledge: Familiar with Malaysian financial regulations and legal requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
