Responsibilities:Generate new sales leads through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
Ensure timely response to all incoming communications including chat, calls, and emails.
Fully utilize your work within the company's system, processes, and workflows (CRM, HubSpot, SAP, SharePoint).
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers (C-Type).
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics (calls, response time, opportunity funnel, conversions).
Manage a sales pipeline and keep accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
Minimum Requirements:At least a Diploma or above with marketing or other related experience.
At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, preferably in industrial products or automation industries, with or without experience in B2B business.
Fluent in English and Mandarin are strongly encouraged to apply to serve the Chinese Market.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Develop new A/B-Type of customers for the field sales team & grow existing C-Type customers and develop new customers.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Comfortable with learning product knowledge & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
