Lead Management:
-Contact potential customers from daily leads.
-Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and preferences.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in the relevant tracking documents.
Sales:
-Promote and sell ArtiqAir's range of products, including rent-to-own air conditioners and other air conditioning packages and services
-Provide customers with product information, including pricing, services, features, and promotions.
-Handle customer objections effectively and close sales through persuasive communication.
Customer Engagement:
-Build relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.
-Offer personalized recommendations to meet customer needs.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction with the entire sales process.
Collaboration:
-Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of air conditioners.
-Liaise with the service team for scheduling maintenance or repair services.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
-Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and provide updates on lead progress and closed deals.
Qualifications
-Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle high volumes of leads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Familiarity with CRM software or relevant tracking documentation is a plus.
-Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
