We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team by contacting potential clients and informing them about our SME loan, government grant services, corporate training, and team-building programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads lists, particularly focusing on Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Inform potential clients about SME loan options, government grant opportunities, corporate training programs, and team-building services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs.
- Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the system with lead information and call activity.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding lead quality and market trends.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and product information to effectively communicate with prospects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Basic understanding of SME loans, government grants, corporate training, and team-building services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or finance is advantageous.
