Telemarketer

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for customer engagement? Westwood Clinic, a leading aesthetic clinic, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Telemarketer to join our team. 
 



-Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in our services via social media ads, WhatsApp, and calls.


-Convert customer inquiries into confirmed appointments for aesthetic consultations and treatments.


-Build rapport with clients by providing detailed information about our services and addressing any concerns or questions.


-Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet booked appointments.


-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment bookings using CRM software.


-Collaborate closely with the clinic's sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion strategies.


-Achieve monthly targets for appointment conversion and maintain high customer satisfaction.

; Requirements:-


- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service. Experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry is an added advantage.


-Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.


-Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written). Additional language skills are a plus.


-Availability: Willing to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as these are key times for conversions.
