Job DescriptionCold Calling Activities - Schedule meetings with distributed leads from our leads analyst.
Email Enrolments - Enrol your leads into NURTURE or AGOGE Email sequences to schedule meetings
Sales Development - Conduct Discovery, Demo, Proof-of-concepts with your leads to convert them into users and clients.
Reporting & Sales Pipeline Management (User/Merchant Acquisition) - Ensure timely updates on client's report and NECTAR pipelines.
Stakeholder Management - Ensure a positive communication loop among stakeholders of all your accounts.
Customer Success Collaboration - Collaborate with CS team to secure renewals and expansion of account.
Job RequirementsAt least 1 - 2 years' of telemarketing experience.
Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work.
Experienced in cloud-based Sales tools like Hubspot/Salesforce.
Have your own laptop for remote work.
Have experience in B2C and worked in BPO industry before.
