Key Responsibilities
Proactive Customer Outreach : Initiate contact with potential customers through outbound calls to generate interest and schedule trial classes.
Needs Assessment & Lead Qualification : Understand customer needs to identify the most promising leads and connect them with sales consultants.
Sales Support & Follow-Up : Nurture leads throughout the sales process, providing timely follow-up to drive successful closings.
Team Collaboration : Work effectively with superiors and team members to achieve company goals.
What You'll Need
Associate degree or higher (all majors welcome!)
1+ year of work experience (experience in telemarketing is a plus, but we encourage fresh graduates to apply)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with both Mandarin and English speaking clients
