Telemarketing

**PURPOSE**To support our ZP Therapeutics commercial team in the outreach and engagement of our customers and consumers, with deployment of the latest data analytics and segmentation tools.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Engagement & Customer Service- Engage and build good rapport with existing customers, with the aim to achieve win-win business outcome for both parties.- Manage and respond promptly to customers' enquiries received via the Sales hotline, order placement system and digital channels.- Follow-up on sales orders to ensure that the orders have been processed and delivered on time.- Inform customers of sales promotions, upcoming events etc.- Support the field force in following up on any outstanding issues and feedback from customers.2. Sales & Marketing (promotional)- Review and plan relevant target customer list, with the use of data analytics tools, for intended sales messaging to ensure effective sales - existing, lapsed and new opportunities.- Collate customers' feedback on assigned products based on performance and changes observed for reporting back to management.- Review and work out an action plan including call plan at the beginning of each month to achieve set target.3. Customer Database Management- Update Client database on a regular basis to better aid customer segmentation.4. Others- Achievement of call and attendance KPIs as per assigned.- In compliance with Company's policies and SOPs.- Support all ad-hoc CRM or MCE projects or programs as assigned.**REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Science or related discipline.- At least 2 years' sales experience, with prior telemarketing experience preferred.- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, eCommerce or related industries would be a distinct advantage.- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills- Proficient with Microsoft office (word, excel).**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary**Experience**:- Promoter: 1 year (preferred)
