Role Description
This is a remote contract role for an Outbound Call Center Agent with Basic IT Knowledge.
The role involves conducting outbound calls to customers, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Basic IT knowledge is required to navigate call center systems and tools effectively.
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Call Center Agent with basic IT knowledge to join our team on a 3-month contract.
In this role, you will handle outbound calls, provide product/service information, and assist clients with simple IT-related issues.
This position is ideal for individuals who have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for various purposes, including product/service promotion, customer satisfaction surveys, and follow-ups.
Maintain a positive customer relationship by delivering excellent customer service.
Document call outcomes and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
Escalate complex technical issues or customer concerns to the appropriate department.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets, sales goals, or other performance metrics.
Stay updated on company products, services, and any new technical developments.
Contract Terms
Duration : 3 months with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Schedule : 0900hrs to 1800hrs (Local Time)
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, Interpersonal Skills
Customer Support, Computer Literacy
Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers
Proficiency in basic IT tools and systems
Experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
Ability to work independently and remotely
High school diploma or equivalent
English & Mandarin Speaking is a MUST
