Telesales Agent

Responsibilities:



-Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell the company's products and services.


-Qualify leads by gauging customer interest and assessing the suitability of products for their needs.


-Effectively present product benefits, focusing on how they meet customer requirements to encourage sales.


-Handle objections confidently, addressing customer concerns to increase interest and likelihood of a sale.


-Build positive customer relationships through engaging interactions, fostering trust and brand loyalty.


-Record call details and outcomes accurately in the designated system, including follow-up actions and feedback.


-Follow up on leads to maintain customer engagement and maximize conversion rates.


-Meet established call and sales targets, contributing to team and company goals.


-Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to ensure accurate and persuasive sales pitches.

-Good presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to customize products to meet customer needs


-Computer literate


-Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


-Independent, proactive, and self-driven


-Willing to work in PJ (near LRT Asia Jaya)


-Experience in a contact center is a bonus


-Experience in insurance, particularly motor insurance, will be an added advantage
