Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products.
Receive inbound calls from clients / prospective clients that are interested.
Uphold the quality of the sales by providing the clients with all the relevant and adequate information.
Upsell clients to larger products and more extensive packages.
Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with those clients by making subsequent sales pitches.
Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively.
Build an instant rapport through effective communication.
Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with clients when necessary.Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in Telesales / Telemarketing.
Passion to meet sales targets and hunger for sales.
Have a strong desire to earn a good income.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers.
Ideally, you should be a good communicator who can be persuasive with customers.
Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English as this candidate will be engaging with clients.
Able to converse in Mandarin would be a plus.
