Job Summary:This Telesales Consultant and Business Development Support Specialist is expected to play a critical role in driving the success of the Business Development team by optimizing business development performance and support the team in making informed decisions. This position is also responsible for first front line of clients approach, introducing company's products and services through telephony selling technique.JOB DESCRIPTION and RESPONSIBILITY-Telesales Consultant a) Perform an outbound call to new and existing prospects using provided leads or databases. b) To introduce and promote products or services, emphasizing key features and benefitsc) To qualify leads by assessing customer needs and understanding their pain pointsd) To establish and nurture positive relationships with potential customers.e) Schedule qualified sales meetings to assist Business Development in closing dealsf) Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database with the latest information. Qualifications:Education:a) Recognized Degree or Diploma in any disciplines / SPM holders with relevant experience / fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and sales drive will be considered.Experience:a) Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing / Business Development supporta) Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.b) Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.c) Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel) will add advantage.d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skillse) Highly motivated and able to work independentlyf) Persistent and results-orientedg) Cool-tempered and able to handle rejectionh) Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.i) Entry level candidates who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply.Work Environment:This position typically involves working in an office environment Benefits-Stable employment conditions based on the contract of employment-Opportunities for growth-Regular hours 9am - 6pm, Mondays - Fridays-Public holidays on Government Gazetted public holidays-EPF , Socso and EIS Contribution
