Sales - Outbound (Call Centre & Customer Service)
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to promote and sell our professional courses and training solutions to Oil & Gas and Energy companies in Malaysia and the region.
Responsibility
Contact leads to promote courses via phone call, email, and messages.
Close sales and process registration or purchase.
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
Maintain database and records.
Work towards achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Skills Needed
Good communication, writing, and persuasion skills.
Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs.
Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
Able to build communication and relationships with customers and between departments.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder in any related field.
1 to 3 years of working experience in Business-to-Business sales or marketing.
High self-motivation towards achievement and improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Additional Information
Entitled to sales commission.
Eligible for a bonus based on individual performance and company performance.
KWSP, SOCSO, and EIS will be processed by the employer.
Entitled to medical allowance yearly.
