Telesales Executive

TELESALES EXECUTIVE Selangor - Kota Damansara RESPONSIBILITY: Identify potential customers through market research, prospecting, and cold calling. Generate leads to build a robust pipeline for sales conversions. Engage prospects over the phone and understand their needs and requirements. Present our products/services in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting their unique features and benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster trust and loyalty. Address their inquiries, concerns, and objections, always providing excellent customer service. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently achieving revenue goals and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and tailor solutions to their specific needs. REQUIREMENTS: Proven 2 years' experience in telesales/telemarketing for related field is preferred Fresh graduates with strong passion in telesales/telemarketing are encouraged to apply. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals effectively Positive and resilient attitude, able to handle rejection and turn it to motivation Able to work at Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
