Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
Employ a scripted approach to introduce and highlight product features
Identify and qualify leads through cold-calling and research
Build relationships with customers
Maintain accurate CRM records
Address objections effectively and provide feedback on customer responses/market trends
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Requirements:
Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
Fluency in English is essential; bilingual is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional experience using online forms to enter payment and personal information
Speed and accuracy in typing
Experience in a position where meeting sales goals is an important indication of performance
