About your role
Execute initiatives to improve sales processes, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance customer engagement to drive revenue growth.
Identify and re-engage with lost customers through targeted outreach.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth recovery processes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures across operational processes.
Identify issues with a system or service that has led to customer dissatisfaction or revenue loss.
Identify and resolve internal process inefficiencies that are affecting business recovery.
Analyze the sales process to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Provide resources and support to customers to help them better understand the process.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any field.
Qualifications: A few years' experience in the Automotive Industry is an added advantage.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a track record of driving sales growth.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Notepad, and Basic Emailing.
