Telesales Executive (Independent Contractor)

**The Wow Factors**- Freelance Basis- Have options to choose the working hours- Contact potential and existing customers by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp message to inform them of the company's products, promotions, and offers.- Agents will receive phone calls from customers & at times will have to respond to direct marketing and advertising campaigns via Social Media platforms- Guide customers to place orders via Lapasar's Apps.- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes usually related to Payments or Deliveries- Providing information to customers.- Monitoring own sales performance.- Closing sales deals.- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.- Updating customer details. Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.- Following up on previous customers for potential sales- Call targets of up to 70 Active Calls per day- No. of orders per day will be set as a target as well. Up to 20 orders per day depending on the daily requirement- Able to have constant contact with team members & team lead to having Progress Updates.**Job Requirements**- Have experience as a call centre agent or similar position- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities- A results-oriented approach- Ability to work under High Speed & Pressure**Job Type**: Freelance**Salary**: RM7.70 - RM17.90 per hour**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)
