Telesales Executive - Logistics Industry (Immediate Joiners!)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation:Identify and prospect potential clients who require logistics services through market research and cold calling.
Sales Pitches:Present and promote the company's logistics services (e.g., shipping, transportation, warehousing) to potential clients over the phone.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer support and follow-up.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
Collaboration & Coordination:Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client requirements.
Achieving Sales Targets:Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
Customer Retention & Upselling:Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional logistics services to existing clients to enhance revenue.
