Telesales Manager

Responsibilities
Work together with the recruitment team on building the Telesales Team.
Manage large team responsible for generating sales leads through business sales calls to prospective customers.
Proactively establish lists of potential customers and qualify sales leads through calls.
Maintain effective communication and secure sales appointments for the Sales Team to follow-up.
Produce daily sales progress updates/reports.
Work with the digital marketing team and sales management to manage leads.
Ensure your Telesales team properly uses and updates our CRM system.
Train, coach, and mentor your team to sell more effectively over the phone.
Develop new sales methods and strategies that will lead to a strong value proposition to prospects.
Requirements
A Degree or Diploma.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a Telesales team of at least 20 people.
Able to communicate with people at all levels, independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven with a can-do attitude.
Excellent team player.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malay.
