Telesales Specialist

-Conduct outbound calls and use social platforms to personally welcome newly registered customers and use closing techniques to persuade customers to purchase our product.


-Develop and execute strategies to work on finding a potential customer through various channels including call and social media to boost sales.


-Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly to achieve monthly target.


-Seek feedback from customers to have sight on their participation journey, keep record of insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.

; Requirements:-


-Sales Experience: Candidates with 1 year+ experience as a telesales/call center (outbound) representative or in a related sales function are required. 


-Multilingual Proficiency: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia with exceptional command in reading, writing, and presenting.


-Basic Microsoft Office products in PowerPoint and Excel.


-Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.


-Interpersonal Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
