Job DescriptionConduct outbound calls and use social platforms to personally welcome newly registered customers & use closing techniques to persuade customers to purchase our product.
Develop and execute strategies to work on finding a potential customer through various channels including call and social media to boost sales.
Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly to achieve monthly target.
Seek feedback from customers to have sight on their participation journey, keep record of insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.
Handling acknowledging rejections and provide alternative approach even in difficult situations.
Job RequirementsSales Experience: Candidates with 1 year+ experience as a telesales/call center (outbound) representative or in a related sales function are required.
Multilingual Proficiency: Proficient inEnglish, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysiawith exceptional command in reading, writing, and presenting.
Basic Microsoft Office products in PowerPoint and Excel.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment: Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Results-Driven: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
