Job Description
No cold calling for leads. Just approach our ready and warm customers Outbound Telesales, cross-selling to existing customers
Educate customers on the benefits of the products and services
A prepared script to immediately kickstart your communication to influence customers and define eligibility
Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service
Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others
Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns, or troubleshooting issues
