Telesales / Telemarketing

Responsibilities: Reply enquiries / leads from social media, WhatsApp, email and closing the deals by providing quality and professional services Dealing with customer concerns, through email, WhatsApp, phone Fully understand the product and can serves as product specialist Develop relationships with customers Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Recording customer feedback Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, payment reconciliation, deliveries To handle existing accounts for daily / weekly / monthly repeat sales orders. To develop new potential customer / dealer. To act as supporting role, to assist company achieve monthly sales target. Perform other sales tasks as assigned by superior. Requirement: Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise is not required. Proficiency in English & Bahasa is required. Good Interaction & Communication Skills Independent, self- discipline and motivated Positive mindset Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Business/Science related. Travel is not necessary for this sales position; it will be based in office. Cold calling is not required. Direct face-to-face interaction with customers is not needed.
