The key lead and handles all tenancy administration of the department.
To liaise with Landlords on all matters pertaining to tenancy documentation and ensure timely execution of Tenancy Agreements (TA) by Directors.
Proof-read and revise drafts of legal documents and tenancy agreements and record keeping.
To monitor and keep track of Tenancy Agreements and to perform market and malls review and evaluation on store performance for tenancy renewal negotiation.
To process all other leasing documentations including approval form, proposals, reports, etc. and coordinate on all tenancy and administrative including deposits and payments instruction.
To ensure tenancy and administrative database are comprehensive and updated and documents are filed in orderly manner.
Monthly reporting of tenancy and administrative records.
Drafting of standard Tenancy Agreement.
Oversees on statutory licenses and utilities applications for outlets and offices.
Constructive towards enhancement of policies and procedures for continuous improvement of the department and organisation.
Job Requirements:
Candidate(s) must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Business Management / Property Management / Real Estate / Sales & Marketing / Property Law or any related field.
Preferably minimum 3 years of working experiences with relevant job scopes and in supervisory roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, self-starter, eagerness to learn, and able to work independently.
Computer literate and proficient with MS Office and other office applications.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
A desire for continuous improvement and keeping everything organised and structured.
