Summary
As Tender and Hospital Access Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing pricing and access opportunities in public and private hospitals by leading cross functional collaboration while operating within all applicable Sandoz & external local policies, compliance, law and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive tender strategy for the government businesses
Proactively identify and prioritize high potential tender opportunities, maximizing market access across our portfolio
Frequent engagement with MOH key stakeholders, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals
External access & private insurance stakeholder engagement for informing access & reimbursement strategy, shaping decision and long-term healthcare policy
Develop and implement private hospital access strategy for key hospital groups
Responsible for driving sales of key private hospital groups through developing customer success & partnership strategy
Drive internal price approval and own the pricing approval process
Organize events and other programs in collaboration with key hospital groups independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans
Qualifications we are looking for :
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in key account management, market access, tender management, sales and/or marketing in pharmaceutical industry
Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
Strong track record in cross functional collaboration or project management leadership
Team management experience is preferred
A detailed understanding of commercial principles, applicable local laws and regulations in the pharmaceutical market
