Tender, Contract Procurement Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION TENDER, CONTRACT AND PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT                                                          
Assist to prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.Organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.Review incoming tenders and to note down the tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission.Verifying invoice/PO/DO received from suppliers/agents/brokers/ports/vendorsPrepare quotation for clients RFQ and submit to TCP exec for review.Assisting TCP Executive in tendering process.
