In this role, you will lead tendering activities for impactful civil/building projects, contributing to the success of major developments.

About the Role:
Manage the end-to-end tender process, including bid strategy, preparation, and submission.
Analyze tender documents, specifications, and contracts to ensure thorough understanding of project requirements.
Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies for accurate and competitive bids.
Coordinate with internal teams such as design, procurement, and operations to gather necessary inputs for tender submissions.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with tenders to protect company interests.
Negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to optimize cost efficiency.
Ensure timely submission of all required documents in compliance with tender requirements.
Lead tender presentations, clarifications, and post-tender negotiations with clients.
Maintain accurate and organized records of tendering activities for future reference and audits.
About the Team:
The successful candidate will be reporting to the General Manager and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
Skills & Experience Required:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
Minimum 13 years experience in the relevant field.
A deep understanding of the tender process.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage timelines accordingly.
