Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
Installation and maintenance of new hardware/software at partner sites.
Installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras at partner sites.
Installation and maintenance of network devices and equipment at partner sites.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues including hardware/software problems and performance issues at partner sites. Coordinate with regional IT support in resolving issues.
Assist in the smooth and successful implementation of Easybook's online and offline systems, including training and documentation.
Responsible for making sure Easybook's systems are running efficiently and always available for partner access.
Create, generate, renew, modify, and monitor partner trip schedules.
Assist in conducting demonstrations and presentations to partners.
Create weekly work performance reports, issues log, and incident reports.
Experience in analyzing supplier issues and addressing them with proven troubleshooting skills and techniques.
Understand daily operation workflow of supplier's company.
Support clients on the company's product.
Assist in testing and preparation of new product features.
To handle and attend to user problems on IT-related matters.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Act as a point reference for engineers regarding any requests raised by suppliers.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or any related course.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work on a shift basis and willing to work extended hours/weekends and have a good working attitude.
