Territory Sales Engineer (Based In Penang Or Kedah (Kulim/ Lunas)

The Territory Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within an assigned geographical area. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively present and sell products and solutions to new and existing customers. The Territory Sales Engineer will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

All duties and responsibilities are expected to be delivered strictly in accordance with all of Busch's policies, procedures and aligned with Busch's core values.Identify, develop, implement and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of company objectives, market characteristics, and other factors in conjunction with the Sales Manager.Manage and grow existing accounts as well as identify and pitch for new leads which results in new opportunities and accounts.Liaise with and organise meetings with new and existing clients.Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to prospective clients.To successfully build and strengthen long-term and profitable relationships with current and new customers. Consults with customers to obtain win-win solutions.Ability to work in a team environment in cooperation and collaboration with the internal sales and marketing team.Together with the internal sales team, manage your customer's end-to-end needs & be their first point of contact for any needs that are required.In conjunction with the internal sales team generate cold calling and strategies to increase the number of viable leads which results in tangible outcomes.Develop strong knowledge base and understanding of all Busch Products.Develop and implement effective reporting mechanisms to capture the status of all sales, clients and including pipeline targets.Full acquaintance with our CRM which will be used as a tool for sales visits scheduling and feedback. The relevant data need to be entered into the CRM all the time.Provide exceptional customer service & consultation to all your clients. Work to and achieve KPIs and ultimately exceed sales targets.At all times to work within Busch policies and procedures as they relate to the position.To carry out all other duties as directed by the Sales Manager or the General Manager.
