Job Functions: To be responsible for managing overall performance of assigned sales territory (target regions – USA, Australia, Philippines).
To develop or expand customer base in the assigned market/countries, via identifying and developing good sales channel/agent distributors.
Responsible for developing business plan and sales strategy for the market.
Understanding the market and plan sales strategy on market segments & opportunities, analyzing trends and result, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, competition, supply and demand.
To strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, market research and brand strategy.
Strategize and identifies sales and marketing opportunities by identfying consumer requirements, defining market competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing the target market share.
Prepare and present weekly reports on export activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Build and maintain effective communication channels between sales management and other departments to ensure smooth execution of business plans and strategies.
To ensure order, enquiries and complaints are followed through satisfactorily.
To ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
To undertake other tasks that might be assigned by the Management when deemed necessary.
To highlight any irregulaties, problems or weaknesses and to recommend actions for improvements for any area of your functions above.
Any other duties including from any departments and/or subsidiaries of that may be assigned to you from time to time.
To identify & prepare for suitable trade shows/ exhibitions for participation, incl.
of marketing materials, booth setup, co-ordination accordingly.
To oversee the marketing initiatives for assigned territory.
Ensure timely execution of each development stage and marketing activities of new product.
