Test Calibration Senior/Staff Engineer

Description Carry out Optical Measuring Equipment Calibration activities in optical calibration lab. Analyse and work on the calibration & measurement  problem when necessary.Maintain ISO17025 Accredited Optical Calibration Lab to ensure the calibration standard are traceable to Internation Standard.Deep understanding on ISO17025 accreditation requirements. Holding ISO17025 signatory role. Driving calibration lab toward documentation readiness and audit readiness.Manage calibrator (golden units) generation & maintenance. Continue to drive for accuracy & efficiency improvement activities.To diagnose and troubleshoot the defective optical measuring equipment and perform in house repair when necessary.Manage Round-robin and interlab comparison activities between OS manufacturing sites.Requirement Minimum BSc/MSc Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic / Photonics / Physic.Min 3 year experience in the related fiel e.g. Test Calibration Good to have knowledge on ISO17025 accreditation requirements.Able to work in a team and carry out the assign task independently.Possess International exposure e.g. workshop with counterpart / attending conferences.Strong knowledge in LED / Sensor product knowledge in the area of electronic and /or semiconductors.Experienced in Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), LabView, Python, Excel Macro & Power Point.Strong communication skill interpersonal skill.Creative and open minded for new opinions and inputs.
