Test Debug Engineer

The position requires the incumbent to be responsible for test setup, process improvement, yield improvement and new product transfer.  Required to liaise with other support groups to meet the department objectives.
The detailed tasks and responsibilities are as below.
Responsible for certain test stations or process as assigned.Perform yield monitoring, yield drop investigation and provide solutions.Setting up and maintaining of test process and test procedures.New product introduction, transfer and set up.Assist in new parts / process qualification prior to the phase in or cut in of new parts / process.Involvement in 1st level failures analysis and root cause investigation.To lead a team of task force participating in the yield improvement activities.Implementation of SPC on critical stations.Participate in the development of quality, environmental, safety and health management system program.Work with production to ensure that the goals set for quality, yield and scrap are met. The position requires talents with the following requirements:
Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Physics with minimum 2 years relevant working experience or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with minimum 4 years relevant working experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or work experience.Preferably hands on skill on PCB debugging (network debugging and testing experience).Familiar with networking protocol is an added advantage.
