ResponsibilitiesProvide engineering support for new device start up.
Ensure customer's products are processed in accordance with customer's specification and requirements.
Update new test program/test script release by customer accordingly and maintain test programs.
Study and solve line issues, including sudden high fallout, test station problems, and other test issues requiring higher engineering attention.
Provide support, solutions, and liaise with customers on any quality issues related to engineering.
Activate all customer-requested control runs and publish results accordingly; closely work with customers to fulfill their requirements, especially for test product issues.
Continuously train and develop subordinates.
Develop tester capability, resolve test production issues, improve test time for production, sustain product test yield, and handle continuous engineering improvement projects.
Work on engineering assignments with clearly defined objectives.
Carry out any duties that are requested and assigned by the superior.
QualificationsPossess a Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering or any equivalent discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant background.
Possess effective leadership skills.
Able to communicate well and possess good organizational skills.
Able to analyze difficult data and propose improvement plans.
