Job DescriptionSupport getting clarity on testing requirements.
Responsible for reporting all applicable metrics/SLAs as per communication plan.
Provide support during testing escalations.
Develop Test Plan and Test Approval Report.
Develop daily/weekly test progress reports.
Work closely with Project Manager/Test Manager in identifying potential risks and challenges.
Ensure quality of deliverables by reviewing, adhering to test processes, and monitoring.
Provide operational/day-to-day status reports to Test Manager, ITPM, and Business PM.
Interact with IT team to resolve environment-related issues and any support requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of defect information and defect status in defect tracking tool (JIRA).
Arrange defect triage meetings, track, and follow up on defects until closure.
Provide guidance to project team in using JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr as the bank's test management tools.
QualificationsAt least 7-9 years of working experience in a Banking/Financial Institution environment, including 5 years in a lead or management position in areas relevant to testing, possessing business acumen and test planning abilities.
At least 5-8 years of experience in leading large IT program teams in Enterprise Systems related domains in testing areas.
Experience leading and managing a team of Test Analysts.
Experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques, and testing tools for functional and non-functional testing.
