Test Lead - Kuala Lumpur - Beyondsoft International

Beyondsoft, a leading global provider of IT consulting and solution services listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code 002649), seeks a skilled Senior Software Tester to lead our testing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, as well as experience in creating test cases and preparing test plans.
Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of test engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Plan and execute testing strategies to ensure software meets quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers and developers for smooth testing activities execution.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Oversee defect tracking and resolution, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Provide regular updates on project status, test results, and potential risks.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of software testing experience, preferably with leadership roles.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
Experience in creating test cases and preparing test plans.
Good communication skills for guiding testers and documenting knowledge.
Detail-oriented with issue identification and description abilities.
