Job Description Open Position: Test Lead, System Analyst-TCOE (Reputable Company) A Reputable Company is currently hiring a Test Lead, System Analyst-TCOE to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur Company.
Key responsibilities include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in any related field.
At least 4 years of working experience in the software industry.
Certified Tester Foundation Level.
Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the testing lifecycle.
Coordinate and execute various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
Monitor and track testing progress, ensuring timely execution and accurate reporting of test results.
Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning to address potential issues during testing.
Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and scripts across various testing levels.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
