At AIA we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on. About the RoleTo perform testing activity of all system improvements / projects / incidents related to AIA MY application landscapePerform requirement analysis and develop the Traceability matrix to resolve coverageEnsure all Definition of Ready (DoR) or Entry Criteria is ready prior to the start of any testing phase or activities.Ensure requirement sign off is in place prior to the start of Test ExecutionDevelop Test Scripts/Test Scenarios based on the requirement for SIT/UAT and/or RegressionPerform test execution and defect management activities (e.g. Defect discussion/triage)Coordinate with users and various AIA teams for inputs, review and approvalsCoordinate with UAT users/business for test execution/planning as well as feedback Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects.Produce Daily Status Report and Weekly Status Report (where required) Ensure delivery of test execution completionTrack and coordinate defects/issue log for resolution Attend the daily stand-up calls, or product cadence accordinglyTo highlight any risks or mitigation plan up front to the team membersIdentify possible Defects/Issue logs as change request and raise to Product Manager/Test ManagerSupport non functional testing when required See opportunities and resolve ways to automate testing through usage of scripts, or automation tools.Ongoing mentor and mentorship to the team to improve the testing skills and proficiency, as well as cross business functional knowledge
