Due to the drastic increase in their global footprint, they are looking for a Test Operations Director.**Key Responsibilities**:- Organize and coordinate resources to ensure departmental goals in terms of productivity, yield, quality, cost, cycle time, overall equipment effectiveness on time delivery and overall equipment effectiveness (overall equipment effectiveness.- Drive materials cost reduction efforts through value engineering, cost modelling, dual source, local and low-cost suppliers and lean usage reduction.- Lead internal assembly & test yield improvement and factory technical teams to contain and resolve critical process excursions for zero/mínimal lines down situation for both internal and external factories.- Identify and initiate quality productivity programs to enhance quality yields, cycle time, overall equipment effectiveness improvement and cost down programs.- Liaise with production control and sales on equipment capacity planning to meet business demands.- Attend to customer visit by preparing operations review and follow up on issues and concerns.- Develop new production process to meet customer's requirements and drive the assembly & test technology leadership for the department.- Review, evaluate and recommend to management the purchase of equipment and spare parts for the department.**Skills & Experience Required**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field- At least 10 to 15 years in semiconductor industry with manufacturing expertise experience in a high paced environment.- Proficiency in semiconductor processes, defects, and yield, as well as familiarity with the process steps involved in constructing various layers and structures- Extensive and thorough comprehension of diverse systems, theories, and practices- Skill in influencing and negotiating with C-level managementJTK Number**:JTKSM 995** | Company Registration Number**:201301019088 (1048918-T)
