Job DescriptionOur client is a rapidly expanding semiconductor company in Perak. Due to pure growth, they are seeking a Test Process Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement test strategies, methodologies, and procedures to meet customer requirements and industry standards.Manage the overall test process for semiconductor devices, including functional testing, performance testing, and reliability testing.Lead a team of test engineers and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production, to optimize test processes and resolve technical issues.Define and maintain test equipment requirements, specifications, and calibratio schedules to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency, reduce cycle time and improve overall product quality.Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports, in compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmenta requirements in all testing activities.Manage test-related projects, including new product introductions, proces improvements, and equipment upgrades.Establish and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor customers, providing technical support and addressing their testing requirements.Skills & Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in semiconductor testing, with at least 3 years in managerial or leadership role.In-depth knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, equipment, and standard (ATE, wafer probe, final test, etc.).Experience with mixed-signal IC testing, RF testing, and high-speed digital testing i highly desirable.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of implementing process improvements and achieving results.Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods for test data analysis (DOE, SPC, etc.).Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, TS 16949, etc.) and semiconductor industry standards (JEDEC, IPC, etc.).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external customers.To apply, please click APPLY NOW or email Shan Li atDue to the volume of applications received, we regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.JTK Number: JTKSM 995 | Company Registration Number: 201301019088 (1048918-T)If this job isn't quite right for you, but you know someone who would be great at this role, why not take advantage of our referral scheme We offer MYR500 in shopping vouchers for every referred candidate who we place in a role.
