Responsibilities:FCT Tester Preventive Maintenance Monthly
FCT Fixture Performance Online Daily
Support Debug on Failure Analysis Daily
Support RMA Team for Verifying RMA Board Daily
Support Debug Team for Verify the PCBA WP50 Daily
Monitor and Action on Test Yield DailyAssist Engineer for New product setup and verification.
Ensure that test setups are correct and rectify failures.
Initiate corrective action meetings when product yield is low.
Ensure that test statuses are maintained.
Resolve problems relating to test rejects.
Debug PCB.
Implement corrective/preventive actions to rectify test problems and improve test yield.
Assist Test Engineer on changes for quality and productivity improvements on jig/tester/test system.
Conduct evaluations on board failure & board quality.
Ensure rework methods are compliant with product requirements.
Update and control daily debug WIP & movement.
Use of hand tools and operation of electrical & mechanical components: PC Operations.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Test Engineering/Debug.
