Testing Engineer(Lithium Battery)

Lithium battery reliability test, such as cylindrical batteries, prismatic batteries, and button batteries.
The test includes electrical performance, environmental testing, short-circuit testing, vibration testing, etc.
The person in charge of the test project will lead a team of technicians, run the tests according to the standard or customer requirements, and handle and plan the test schedule to finish by efficiently using human resources, equipment, and instruments.
Execute the test according to the test procedure, ensuring the efficiency, safety, and quality of the test process.
Be responsible for test data acquisition, test result collection, and test report.
Daily lab tasks, including 5S, safety, and data test analysis.
Master all test equipment operations and be responsible for training and leading the technicians.
Requirements:
Excellent analytical, processing, and management skills.
Familiar with quality assurance systems and reliability testing lab management methods and lab equipment.
1 year or more lab management work experience in Quality System or reliability testing; fresh graduates are also welcome.
Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in Mandarin (need to report to Chinese clients).
