Operators must show leadership qualities and be self-motivated and disciplined to lead a team of workers. Communication is very important for this position, not only to supervisors or managers but also to their team members. Operators are entitled to operate the machinery in a safe manner, train your team members to have a common mentality and skillsets and have the knowledge to disassemble and assemble the carnival rides.*ACCOMODATIONS Provided by company.
