Organize clinic medical records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
Stay up-to-date on the latest aesthetic trends, technologies, and products.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or questions.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in all procedures.
Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and positive client experience.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Superior.
Job RequirementsDiploma or certification in Aesthetics Therapy, Beauty Qualification, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Aesthetic Therapist.
Knowledge of skin and cosmetics.
Ability to work extra hours.
Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and skincare.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Receptionist experience is advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new techniques.
Language: English, Malay, Mandarin.
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus to communicate with Chinese customers.
