Exquisite Mode Sdn. Bhd. (Amari Hotel JB) is seeking an experienced Therapist to join their Spa team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and services to our valued guests, contributing to the overall success and wellness experience of our hotel.
What you'll be doing Perform a variety of spa treatments and services, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other holistic treatmentsGreet and welcome guests, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate treatmentsMaintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the spa treatment roomsAdhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and colleaguesContinuously expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the spa and wellness industryContribute to a positive and collaborative team environmentWhat we're looking for Open only to MalaysianRelevant qualification or certification in a natural therapies or alternative medicine discipline - Thai MassageMinimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or resort settingExcellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised and memorable experience for guestsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalismA passion for holistic well-being and a desire to help others achieve a state of relaxation and rejuvenationFlexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWhat we offer
