Job Summary:Our client is looking for a Third-Party Risk Assessment Analyst who evaluates and manages the security and compliance risks associated with third-party vendors and partners.
Mandatory Skill-set:
Bachelor's degree in information security, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
At least 3+ years of experience in third-party risk assessment, vendor management, or a related area;
Experience working in the Financial sector;
Proficiency with third-party risk management software and platforms;
Good understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and PCI-DSS;
Proficiency with risk evaluation techniques and tools, coupled with exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities;
Attentive to detail with strong organizational skills;
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling successful collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
Desired Skill-set:Certifications in CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors and partners;
Review vendors' security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance;
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information and ensure a detailed assessment process;
Identify potential risks arising from third-party relationships and advise on suitable mitigation measures;
Track up-to-date records of third-party risk assessments, providing detailed reports and risk ratings;
Contribute to the development and enhancement of policies and procedures governing third-party risk management;
Monitor and track remediation efforts by third parties to address identified risks;
Stay current with the latest industry norms, regulatory guidelines, and emerging risks linked to third-party risk management.
