Ticketing Officer

Minimum 5 years above related experience in handling corporate customers and with experience in supervising team members, debriefing and training- Deliver highest standard of customer service via phone- Handle the customers enquires regarding the airline products and services professionally.- Ensure diligent follow up and full fill promises made to customers and agents.- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and agents.- Issue tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulation are incorporated and that the customer request is met to provide them with excellent service.- Checking/administering airfare contracts held with airlines and issuing tickets according to the rules and conditions of the fares.- Attend to any other duties that may be assigned from time to time**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM or Diploma Tourism Management, proficiency in English, Malay- Minimum 1 years above related experience in handling airline products and service- 23 - 45 years old**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonusAbility to Commute:- Sentul (required)Ability to Relocate:- Sentul: Relocate before starting work (required)
