Responsibilities
The Customer Service Experience team provides world-class service for customers and creators.
The team seeks a Global Customer Service Representative for the Vietnamese community market to facilitate effective communication and solve customer problems in a friendly and professional manner.
The successful applicant will have a track record of resolving complex customer requests promptly.
Manage customer/creator inquiries via the CRM tool, direct contact, or collaboration with other teams.
Identify root causes of escalated issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
Summarize Q&A and log in to the knowledge management tool.
Promptly escalate critical/high-risk cases to the appropriate authority.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure closure of all escalations.
Identify ongoing issues to eliminate repeat complaints and reduce escalation rates.
Respond to internal and external customer escalations quickly and professionally.
Adhere to established procedures and guidelines while providing quality customer service.
Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese required.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Effective, clear, professional written and oral communication skills.
Experience working for live-streaming/user-generated content platforms is a plus.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
