About the TeamThe Creator Team will drive the growth of TikTok Shop by working closely with the creators. In this role, you are required to plan, execute campaigns and analyze campaign effectiveness for the creators team.
ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy and Management:Develop and manage comprehensive campaign strategies, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Set clear objectives for campaign inputs and outputs, and continuously track and analyze key commercial metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Growth Initiatives:Design and implement targeted campaigns to foster creator growth, leveraging a deep understanding of market trends and audience behavior.
Innovative Campaign Execution:From conceptualization to execution, lead the creation of innovative and scalable marketing campaigns, encompassing livestream events, content marketing, and integrated social media strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the creator and marketing teams, to orchestrate high-impact campaigns that meet strategic business goals.
Minimum QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's Degree or above
3+ years of demonstrable project management expertise, with a strong preference for candidates with e-commerce and campaign management experience.
Preferred QualificationsStrategic and Organized Thinking:Proven track record of strategic planning and problem-solving, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
Data Analytics Proficiency:Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the capability to analyze campaign performance deeply and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization.
Communication:Must be results-driven, self-motivated, and possess a proactive communication style.
