About the team Creator Team will drive the growth of TikTok Shop by working closely with the creators. In this role, you are required to acquire, incubate and nurture the MCN (Agency) for TikTok Shop Responsibilities- Develop and manage the incubation of new MCNs, including onboarding & approval processes, operational guidelines, and support systems.- Conduct training and education workshops to groom new MCNs for success- Formulate and implement short-term and long-term strategies for MCN development and engagement.- Analyze market trends and identify potential monetization opportunities for MCNs. Partnership Management:- Foster strong partnerships with the agencies- Provide ongoing support and training to MCN to improve their performance and achieve business goals.- Evaluate MCN effectiveness based on established KPIs and implement improvement plans. MCN Growth & Support:- Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract high-quality MCN onto the platform.- Design and implement supporting policies to incentivize and empower MCN.- Conduct quality checks on new applications to ensure compliance with TikTok Shop guidelines- Coordinate internal and external resources to secure tools and expertise for MCN growth. Evaluation & Optimization:- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including GMV, quantity and quality of content produced, GPM efficiency, and service quality.- Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance program effectiveness.- Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders to continuously improve the MCN ecosystem. Minimum Qualification- Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years of E-commerce experience - Experience in analytics and presentation with good attention to details - Good communication and interpersonal skills with project management skills - Adaptable, fast learner result-oriented and resilient team player Preferred Qualification- Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with agencies and partners.- Deep understanding of online marketing trends and influencer marketing strategies.- Experience in the eCommerce industry
